Pandeportes, also known as the Panamanian Sports Institute, is the highest governmental body responsible for promoting, encouraging, directing, guiding, and coordinating amateur sports activities throughout the national territory. Pandeportes’ mission since its inception has been to guide, encourage, direct, and coordinate the development of sports and recreation, with the aim of contributing to improving the quality of life of the Panamanian population.
Panama will host 26 games in total, spanning all Group B matchups, the Super Round, and the Finals. Group B brings together six powerhouse national teams — Panama, Argentina, Puerto Rico, Colombia, Canada, and Brazil — each vying for a coveted spot in the knockout stages. Attendance is projected to exceed 200,000 fans across all games.
The Copa América de Béisbol tournament impacts global rankings, contributing to qualification pathways for the Pan American Games and the 2028 Olympic Games in Los Angeles, underscoring its international significance.
Chosen by Oaktree International Sports & Entertainment Ventures (OISEV), the official event promoter for Group B, Tixbase will manage all aspects of ticketing operations — from customized storefronts and box office sales to integrated access control — ensuring a seamless and secure experience for fans.
